RLP is committed to assisting others in overcoming their personal challenges, letting go of limiting beliefs about themselves, and progressing toward the lives they aspire to lead.

Meet Tammie
Introducing Tammie, the owner and CEO of RLP Holistic Wellness LLC. Tammie's
journey began at River Source, a women’s rehabilitation center in Mesa, Arizona, where
she discovered holistic practices such as meditation, yoga, breathwork, and sound
healing. It was here that she met “Yoga Man Dwayne,” a pivotal figure in her life, who
inspired her with a powerful quote by Oscar Wilde: “To love oneself is the beginning of
a lifelong romance.” This moment ignited Tammie's commitment to change, motivating
her to strive for improvement each day.
That was the turning point; after completing her 30-day stay at River Source, she has
remained clean and sober for nine years. Now residing in Maryland with her mother,
husband, and dog, Tammie has realized her dream of empowering others to embrace
self-love, foster better relationships with partners and families, and, most importantly,
cultivate a strong relationship with themselves first.
As a certified Holistic Healing Practitioner, Women’s Empowerment Coach, Wellness
Consultant, self-published author, and Self-Love Speaker, Tammie shares her
experiences to help others overcome personal challenges. She has a passion for
working with youth, encouraging them to embrace their authentic selves.
Her business offers a variety of services, including Employee Engagement programs,
virtual and in-person classes (Journey Back To You), Women’s Circles and Retreats,
“Bring a Mini Retreat to You” sessions, and accredited training programs (Kundalini
Master Class & Breathwork/Meditation Coach Master Class), all complemented by Reiki
and Sound Bath Healing sessions. Additionally, she provides End of Life Services,
having become an ordained minister to ensure compassionate care during these times.
RLP Holistic Wellness LLC operates without a physical location, as Tammie believed
that to truly serve and fulfill her purpose, she needed the flexibility to go wherever she
